Cancellation Policy


Can I cancel my order before the product(s) have shipped?

If you need to cancel your order before the product has shipped, please contact us at info@soisinspire.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.  We work with multiple suppliers, and some take longer than others to process orders.  We will contact the supplier and attempt to cancel the order before it is shipped.  If we are unable to cancel the order with the supplier for any reason, we will provide a return label for you to send us the product back once it arrives at your delivery address.  Please keep in mind, that the items you wish to return need to be sent to us 30 days from the date you received your parcel.  Once we receive your return, we will then issue you a refund for the full purchase price of the product.

Can I cancel my order after the product(s) have shipped?

If the supplier has already shipped your product(s), we will be unable to cancel the order since it has already been fulfilled by the supplier.  Once you receive the product at your delivery address, you can contact us at info@soisinpire.com and we will send you a return label to send the product back to us. Please keep in mind, that the items you wish to return need to be sent to us 30 days from the date you received your parcel.  Once we receive your return, we will then issue you a refund for the full purchase price of the product.
