Refund Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your item(s), please contact us at as soon as possible so we can assist you with processing your return.  We will work with you on returning your item(s), provide you with a pre-paid shipping label, and reimburse you for the cost of your purchase with store credit.

It's important to note the following criteria must be met in order to qualify for a refund:

  • The items you wish to return need to be sent to us within 30 days from the date you received your parcel.
  • Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.

  • Our satisfaction guarantee is only valid for products delivered to the USA.

What products are non-refundable?

All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, and beauty products are final sale and non-refundable.

Products shipped outside of the USA are non-refundable.
