Refunds (if applicable):
We guarantee that you will love your purchase! If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible so we can assist you with processing your return. We will work with you on returning the item, and reimburse you for the cost of the purchase.
It's important to note the following criteria must be met in order to qualify for a refund:
- The product wasn't damaged after it you received it
- You must email us at email@example.com to notify us of your intention to return the product for a refund within 30 days from the date you receive your parcel.
- The items you wish to return need to be sent to us 30 days from the date you received your parcel
- A restocking fee of $7 will apply to each item that is returned
- Our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee only applies to orders from the USA.
- Products shipped outside of the USA are nonreturnable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
