Cancellation Policy


Can I cancel my order before the product(s) have shipped?

If you need to cancel your order before the product has shipped, please contact us at info@soisinspire.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.  We work with multiple suppliers, and some take longer than others to process orders.  We will contact the supplier and attempt to cancel the order before it is shipped.  If we are unable to cancel the order with the supplier for any reason, then once you receive the product at your delivery address, you can contact us at info@soisinpire.com within 30 days and we will send you a return label to send the product back to us.  Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.

Can I cancel my order after the product(s) have shipped?

If the supplier has already shipped your product(s), we will be unable to cancel the order since it has already been fulfilled by the supplier.  Once you receive the product at your delivery address, you can contact us at info@soisinpire.com within 30 days and we will send you a return label to send the product back to us.  Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.

Important details:

  • A restocking fee of $10 will apply to each item that is returned.
  • We will provide a pre-paid shipping label for you to return your item(s).
  • Our satisfaction guarantee is only valid for products delivered to the USA.
  • Your money will be refunded with store credit in the form of a digital gift card that can only be used to purchase products from soisinspire.com.
