We guarantee that you will love your purchase!

If you are unsatisfied with your item(s), please contact us at info@soisinspire.com as soon as possible so we can assist you with processing your return.  We will work with you on returning your item(s), provide you with a pre-paid shipping label, and reimburse you for the cost of your purchase with store credit.

It's important to note the following criteria must be met in order to qualify for a refund:

• You must email us at info@soisinspire.com to notify us of your intention to return the product for a refund within 30 days from the date you receive your parcel.
• The items you wish to return need to be sent to us within 30 days from the date you received your parcel.
• Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.

Important details:

• A restocking fee of $10 will apply to each item that is returned.
• We will provide a pre-paid shipping label for you to return your item(s).
• Our satisfaction guarantee is only valid for products delivered to the USA.
• Your money will be refunded with store credit in the form of a digital gift card that can only be used to purchase products from soisinspire.com.

What products are non-refundable?

All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, and beauty products are final sale and non-refundable.

Products shipped outside of the USA are non-refundable.
